Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Cluster Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales function across three unique hospitality properties: This role requires a dynamic and adaptable leader with a proven track record in utilising MICE, corporate, group and event sales, capable of managing multi-site operations and cultivating long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a unified sales plan tailored to the needs of each property while ensuring collective revenue targets are met. Manage B2B and B2C pipelines, focusing on MICE, corporate contracts, leisure groups, weddings, and private events. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive incremental revenue. Build tailored sales strategies for each venue, leveraging each sites unique identity. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, travel partners, and local businesses. Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site visits, and attend networking/trade events to promote the venues. Ensure exceptional client servicing from enquiry through to post-event follow-up. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and support on-property sales executives or coordinators across the three venues. Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align messaging and execution. Provide regular training and support for team members to elevate service and conversion standards. Revenue & Reporting Own sales targets and forecasting across all venues with accurate tracking of performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management including pipeline activity, lead conversion, and booking pace. Use CRM tools (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, or similar) to manage sales activity and reporting effectively. Marketing Support & Brand Alignment Work closely with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns, digital advertising, and brand activation efforts. Ensure all sales materials and client communication are aligned with each property's brand Requirements: Minimum 8+ years in a senior sales role within hospitality, preferably with multi-site or cluster experience. Demonstrable success in corporate, MICE, and group event sales. Strong knowledge of local and international corporate travel and event markets. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce, Triple Seat). Ability to travel between sites and work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or site visits.
