Each division operates with autonomy but is supported by central resources in training, innovation, and operational excellence.Employees benefit from regular career reviews and tailored development plans, my client has a commitment to promoting from within and developing leadership talent has built a dynamic culture of growth, accountability, and achievement.Project: 25M High-End Cat B Fit-Out | London A high end 25M Cat B commercial fit-out project in the heart of London.Responsibilities as a Project Manager: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality expectations.Will have involvement in preconstruction and tendering.Coordinate and manage all site activities, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency and site safety.Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to ensure project goals and specifications are fully understood and met.Monitor project progress through regular reporting, programming and proactive risk management.Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Manage change control, variations, and client instructions in a structured and transparent manner.
