The Opportunity: Apprentice Kitchen Sales DesignerWe are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme. The Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and support from a leading training provider while pursuing a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, typically spanning 12 to 15 months. Responsibilities:As an Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer, you will learn to turn builders and clients' dream kitchens into reality by visiting their homes, listening to their ideas, evaluating needs, and offering expert advice. You will plan, design, and sell inspirational kitchens that meet or exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities include: Planning, designing, and selling kitchens using the company’s product range with excellent customer service Developing long-term relationships with customers from the building trade and their clients Visiting sites to measure and evaluate customer needs Using Howdens' 'My Kitchen' service to create and view high-quality images Processing estimates, pricing, delivery dates, and stock requirements accurately You will need to use your own vehicle during business hours, with travel expenses reimbursed. Requirements:Our Kitchen Sales Designers come from diverse backgrounds but share a passion for sales and customer service. Using your sales skills and creative flair, you will learn to achieve and surpass sales targets. We look for individuals with: Strong communication skills A genuine interest and flair for design Ability to build strong relationships Good customer service skills Target-driven mindset Ability to work autonomously and use initiative Effective planning and organisation skills Capability to prioritise and manage workload A desire for continuous personal and professional development The right to work in the UK and relevant evidence A valid driving licence (consideration given if currently learning to drive) Note: If you have substantial experience in a similar role, this apprenticeship may not be suitable.
