You will be working as part of a large HR team and will be confident in your approach to make decisions and support managers to make sometimes, difficult people decisions. Managing a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the needs of each case whilst working with senior managers teams to ensure cases are managed effectively. Monitoring and provide advice to managers on absence management. You will support the HRBP to develop, monitor and review policies in line with current legislation and best practice on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management, including staff where appropriate.QualificationsWhat you needA minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience in a fast paced organisation. Experience of working in a multi-site organisation. CIPD part qualified or related qualification (support available to help continue your qualifications). Strong influencer and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders. Experience of complex TUPE transfers and ability to give advice and guidance. Up to date knowledge of employment law.
