Call Centre Team Leader Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per annum (DOE) + 10% commission override (uncapped) Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading national property services provider as they grow their contact centre operations. Were currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Call Centre Team Leader to join their dynamic team based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a team-focused, target-driven professional with a background in sales, or contact centres to step into a rewarding leadership role. As Call Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 sales agents in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Youll take the lead on performance management, coaching, and team development, while ensuring high standards of service and delivery. Call Centre Team Leader Job Role: Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to exceed KPIs and generate new business opportunitiesFoster a positive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountabilityDeliver ongoing training and development tailored to individual and team needsLiaise closely with internal stakeholders across regional branchesComplete key managerial tasks including performance reviews, 1:1s, and return-to-work meetingsManage team workflow and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standardsPlay a key role in onboarding and mentoring new starters Call Centre Team Leader Working Hours: Monday to Friday shifts (9am-6pm and 11am-8pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu) Call Centre Team Leader Skills Required: Previous experience in a sales, or contact centre management roleProven ability to lead a team in a target-driven environmentA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsCommercially aware with a focus on results and client satisfactionHigh levels of professionalism, integrity, and a can-do attitudeConfident decision-maker and problem-solverEnthusiastic about coaching, development, and continuous improvement Whats in it for You?
