Join an Elite ServiceNow Partner as a Business Process Consultant, where you'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, define priorities, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.You’ll lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into functional designs, and recommend scalable solutions that support long-term platform success. Your ability to manage multiple initiatives, deliver high-quality outcomes, and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities will be key to your success.This is a pivotal role in the build out of this partner's Centre of Excellence in the UK where you will work alongside some of the most talented specialists in the ecosystem!What they are looking for:We’re seeking professionals with 3+ years of experience in:Working hands-on with the ServiceNow platform, including at least two product areasBusiness consulting, process optimization, or product ownershipCollaborating across departments and engaging with senior leadershipLeading complex initiatives in large-scale enterprise environmentsWriting user stories, refining requirements, and advising stakeholdersFacilitating workshops and managing client relationships both remotely and in personExperience with ITAM implementations is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications:ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4)ServiceNow Certified System AdministratorCertifications in two or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experiencePrevious experience working within a ServiceNow PartnerWhat they offer:Base Salary Up to £80,000Bursary for your own development & trainingFunded Certifications25 days annual leave (Increases each year of service)Collaborate with a high-performing ServiceNow teamRecognition programs that reward contributions and achievementsRemote-first work environmentAnnual company-wide events and team-building experiencesWellness and community engagement initiatives
