My client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager. A well-established electrical building services contractor turning over in excess of £40M. They are looking for someone with experience on delivering commercial projects for projects generally in the Oxford area.Electrical Project Manager Position OverviewYou will be responsible for the management of the full project life cycle from pre-con, through delivery, to project completion. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits for time, cost and quality.The majority of projects are based in and around the Oxford area.Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projectsCreate and execute plans and work breakdowns/revisions as appropriate.Manage day-to-day project tasksLead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and 3rd partiesCommunicate regular project updates internally and to clientsNegotiate both internally and externally to resolve project risks and issuesManage project scope and change controlProduce and maintain project initiation and management documentsProvide consistent and reliable resourcing requirementPrepared to be hands on when required to ensure client satisfaction.Carry out a full handover to client on project completion.Electrical Project Manager Position RequirementsSMSTS and CSCS CardConsiderable knowledge and experience of the full project life cycle and project managementPrevious Experience working on a variety of commercial Electrical projects4 years' experience working within a similar roleShould this position sound interesting to you and you’d like to find out more then hit the apply button right away!
