This is an excellent permanent opportunity to manage the efficient operation and maintenance of diverse AC/HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Your responsibilities will include conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to reactive maintenance calls, performing detailed diagnostics, and resolving faults on a variety of HVAC equipment. You'll also contribute to general site maintenance with basic plumbing and drain clearing tasks, supporting the wider maintenance team. Participation in an on-call rota is a requirement, and accurate, timely completion of all job-related documentation is essential.Key Responsibilities Will Include:Executing scheduled PPM tasks in line with SFG20 guidelines.
