This is a vital supervisory position in a regulated environment, requiring a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven team management skills.Allocate and coordinate daily tasks across the Mechanical Maintenance Team.Manage and track maintenance activities and schedules using the CMMS.Oversee defect management-from initial reporting through to resolution.Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective resource planning.Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to deliver structured weekly plans.
