We are currently supporting them in the recruitment of Intensive Support Practitioners to join their expanding service across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight . This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a passionate, purpose-driven team making a real impact in young peoples lives through systemic advocacy and holistic support. As an Intensive Support Practitioner , you will work directly with neurodivergent children, young people (CYP), and their families to deliver person-centred support, using trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practices. Youll collaborate with education, social care, health, and other professionals to co-produce interventions that promote safety, resilience, and wellbeing. Deliver holistic, trauma-informed support to families and neurodivergent CYP Champion the voice of young people in shaping care and education plans Liaise with schools, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams Complete risk assessments, manage crisis protocols, and support Missing from Home responses Take on 'Appropriate Adult' responsibilities where required Support mental health needs in collaboration with psychology teams Experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people in acute/crisis settings Confident navigating multidisciplinary care and services Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce PMVA or other crisis intervention training Recognised Social Work or childcare qualification Empathetic communicator and advocate for inclusive care Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities Extensive Health & Wellbeing support programme Free parking & refreshments Staff wellbeing days Day off on your birthday Pension scheme If you are passionate about transforming the lives of neurodivergent children and thrive in a values-driven, responsive environment, wed love to hear from you.
