Job Description

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Talent Development Manager to pioneer a market leading employee value proposition. They will be the champion of our people, supporting them to be happy, well-rounded, represented and heard. They will analyse and report on their credible and accurate people data and suite of KPIs to partner with people managers across the business, at all levels. They will possess expert knowledge in employee wellbeing, employment law, diversity and inclusion and commercial acumen. They will partner with leaders and managers to drive a culture of high performance, through innovative projects that lead us to become an employer of choice. The HRBP will ensure consistent people processes across the organisation while minimising risk and ensuring a positive, inclusive and ethical workplace.
