Be part of it. Join ITV.Your impact sends ripples.The teamThe Organic Social team commissions and produces all output for ITV & ITVX social media channels. The Campaigns Social team is responsible for producing best in class social media activations that align to the wider Marketing priorities.Working within a pod structure, this role will deliver social media activity in a collaborative way across multiple platforms and campaigns, driving awareness of our shows and events whilst ensuring content is engaging, brand defining and innovative whilst driving Marketing outcomes.The roleWork alongside other marketing, media and creative roles to deliver a marketing plan which drives towards desired outcomes.Use specialist social media expertise and knowledge to enhance the strategic plans provided by the media strategists.Act as the social media expert within each pod (if embedded), offering advice, learnings and ideas to drive performance and innovation.Work closely with creatives to ensure content is high quality, on brand, compliant, appropriate and performant on social media platforms.Ideate, create and publish best-in-class, audience-led video, image and text content ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.Monitor performance and feed learnings back to the wider social media team to paint an ongoing picture of what activity is performing best, to drive optimisation across the other pods.Be obsessed with all things social and stay abreast of latest platform developments and trending activity to maximise organic social opportunities.Initiative to go above and beyond what is asked, to demonstrate enthusiasm for the role in the organic social team and drive innovation.Skills youll need (minimum criteria)An ability to define and deliver social media activations for marketing, working towards clear outcomes and KPIs.Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding and curiosity towards the social platforms and the types of content that work best on each.Examples of using innovative thinking to spot social trends, building them into exciting and engaging social activations.Excellent editorial judgement and sensibilities.Excellent copywriting, spelling and grammar skills.Other things were looking for (key criteria)Organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Good at understanding and interpreting data using social listening tools to aid decision making and drive performance.Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.A can-do, collaborative, get-things-done approach.A genuine passion for ITV programmes, film and TV.ITV is for everyone.
