Construction Planner Complex Projects!An interesting opportunity has come up for an experienced Construction Planner to join an international construction business that takes on large, high value projects.The successful Planner will be responsible for supporting project teams during the pre-construction phase by developing and managing project schedules, tenders, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient planning to achieve project goals.You will lead in the development of the tender baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, as well as the preparation of a construction programme and tender event programme for the procurement of subcontractors.Experience and qualifications:Strong experience of large and complex construction projectsSolid Primavera P6 experienceGood experience with tenderingAbility to create programmes from first principlesExcellent communications skills in EnglishRelevant Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualificationConstruction management qualificationsData Centre experience desirablePlease get in touch asap to be considered!
