The Faculty Manager will play a crucial role in managing the faculty, supporting the Divisional Manager in developing the curriculum and services. Faculty Manager - the role: Leadership & Management: Line manage Programme Area Leaders (PALs) and Trainers. Curriculum Development: Assist in developing Military Trade Training and Civilian qualifications. Quality Assurance: Ensure target pass rates and high satisfaction survey results. Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration across MKC Training. Communication: Effectively communicate within the Faculty and across MKC Training. Continuous Improvement: Commit to excellence through quality systems and continuous improvement.
