Oracle HCM Senior Manager 90,000 - 120,000 GBP Bonus + Car Allowance + Package Onsite WORKING Location: United Kingdom (Greater London) Type: Permanent Oracle HCM Senior Manager 90,000 - 120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance Location: London Working Model: Hybrid Working Type: Permanent A market-leading professional services consultancy is seeking an Oracle HCM Senior Manager to join their Powered Enterprise team, supporting large-scale HR transformations using Oracle Cloud. This high-profile role blends client delivery with business development and team leadership responsibilities, playing a central role in shaping the future of enterprise HR operations. As Oracle HCM Senior Manager, you will: Lead complex Oracle HCM Cloud programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases. Work closely with client stakeholders to optimise HR operations and maximise the benefits of Oracle Cloud functionality. Provide strategic advice on transforming HR operating models, self-service capability, digital agents and core processes like onboarding, absence, payroll, and offboarding. Support pre-sales activity, including developing bids, proposals and contract discussions. Mentor and support the development of junior team members, contributing to a strong and growing practice. Guide technical aspects such as data migration and system integration with third-party applications. Collaborate across teams within the Powered HR ecosystem to unlock wider business opportunities. Act as a role model in leadership, actively promoting company values and driving best practices across engagements. The ideal candidate will have: A successful track record of delivering Oracle HCM transformation programmes. Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and HR domain expertise. Experience leading HR change initiatives, delivering workstreams and managing cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and case management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with other cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow or SuccessFactors (desirable). Comfort working in both agile and waterfall delivery environments. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to simplify complex issues and produce clear project documentation. A background in systems delivery or functional consulting within HR is preferred. Practical experience with implementation deliverables such as process flows, specs, traceability matrices, and use cases. Ability to coach others and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to learning and development. Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is essential.
