The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, the client suite, and central support personnel, including supervision and line management responsibilities.Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:Oversee facilities, client suite, and central support personnel, including daily supervision and line management.Manage daily client suite operations to ensure a five-star experience for all visitorsOversee daily facilities operations, including supplier and contractor management, procurement, IT needs, building maintenance, postal services, and office space utilisationMonitor office spend to ensure alignment with budget and policyEnsure day-to-day compliance with Health & Safety obligations in line with firm policiesMonitor and enforce adherence to HSE regulations and the firms internal risk and compliance policiesDeliver a professional onboarding experience for new starters and manage leaver processesFacilities Manager Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environmentStrong office, facilities, and people management skillsConfident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the firm
