Due to internal promotion and continued growth, idverde is looking for a proactive and driven SHEQ Business Partner to support our operations across the Midlands and beyond.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SHEQ professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in driving health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across a diverse portfolio of services - from landscaping and grounds maintenance to traffic management and civil engineering.Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, you will:Help operational teams meet their legal, regulatory, and SHEQ responsibilities.Be the main contact for incident and accident reports and assist with investigations.Lead and support the internal audit programme in your region.Ensure consistency and drive improvements across our Integrated Management System (IMS).Work across different contracts and sites, balancing office planning with on-site audits and coaching.What We're Looking ForEssential:NEBOSH General Certificate or similar Health & Safety qualification.Solid knowledge of ISO/OHSAS management systems and CDM regulations.Experience in a similar SHEQ role, ideally across multiple sites or in the field.Auditing qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental systems.Self-motivated, flexible, and a "can do" attitude.Strong communication and IT skills.Desirable:Experience in landscaping, highways, construction, or environmental services.Recognised training or coaching qualifications.Why join us?
