This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join a successful organisation, at an exciting stage in their growth period.Role Functions:Overall responsibility for the management of the Sales Department and achieving its targets.Analyse the companys existing markets and potential future markets and identify trendsDevelop the sales strategy for the business and individual developments.Contribute to the companys business strategy as a member of the Senior Management TeamEstablish and continuously improve a robust sales budgeting, and forecasting model, reporting and delivering timely accurate management information.Lead strategic sales initiativesRecruit and train a sales teamManaging the sales extras handover and aftercare parts of the business to create a 90% + client satisfaction ratingEnsure that each residential show home is designed to high quality standards, ensuring itreflects the niche nature of the company brandThe Person:Estate Agent experience (Minimum 5-10 years) with additional experience in a senior roleStrong marketing acumen with the understanding of new build developments and utilising promotional concepts to drive sales (show home/marketing material/incentives to buyers)Strong profile of new homes sales experience, not necessarily at senior managementCommitment to customer satisfaction and repeat business.Proficient business sense and in-depth understanding of the property marketWork in close collaboration with the Managing Director to produce new residential and development concepts, managing the process from idea to delivery of new product.Remuneration:Competitive Salary 60,000+ per annum (OTE 80k 90k)Lucrative Commission Scheme.25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)Contributory company pension schemePremium Private Health Care Package (WPA)To apply for this position, please contact Andrew Kingsley on 07879 413 765 or email a copy of your latest CV to andrew@kingsleyrecruitment.co.uk quoting the position and reference AK3091851
