This is a results-driven, client-facing role with excellent commission opportunities.About the Role:You will be the face of the clinic, providing a five-star front-of-house experience while taking full responsibility for driving sales. Youll engage with both new and existing clients, confidently recommending treatment plans and securing bookings.This role requires a proven background in sales.If you have a background in Recruitment, Estate Agency, or another Sales-driven environment, this could be the perfect fit.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist all clients with warmth and professionalismProactively sell and upsell aesthetic, beauty and wellness treatments as well as skincareHandle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with confidence and clarityFollow up with leads, convert consultations, and maximise treatment bookingsMaintain detailed client records and treatment historyConduct thorough research into competitor offerings and treatment trendsSupport the clinic team with daily admin, appointment management, and paymentsRequirements:Proven background in Sales is essential (recruitment, estate agency, telesales or similar)Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage a busy reception deskSales-driven with a genuine interest in aesthetics and skincareConfident on the phone and in face-to-face conversationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA natural researcher who stays up to date with industry trendsTech-savvy with good working knowledge of booking systems and CRM toolsSomeone who lives locally to the business premises if preferredRole Type and Benefits:This is a self-employed positionShifts include Monday 11-7pm, Wednesday 10-8pm, Friday 10-8pm + regular additional days/hours for shift cover (particularly during school holidays)Salary includes an uncapped commission structureStaff discounts on treatments and skincareSupportive, professional working environmentProgression opportunities within a growing clinic
