Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Inside Sales Account Manager in Wednesbury.We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in managing a portfolio of customers whilst generating new business from lapsed customers. You will be the key point of contact for the customer from providing product information, order generation and client aftercare.You will be working as part of a pairing to manage a territory together, generating new business, growing existing accounts and supporting the business through a period of growth.Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for:Account Manage and existing portfolio of customersCreate new business opportunitiesReconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approachIntroduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPIsSkills & experience required.Proven B2B sales experienceExperience working towards and achieving KPIs and sales targetsExperience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageousBenefitsSalary of up to 27,000Annual bonus structureQuarterly sales incentivesHours are Monday to Thursday 08:30- 17:00 and Friday 08:30 13.30Company pension25 days holiday plus BH4x Life insuranceOffice based roleCitrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
