Site Manager Structural Steel Location: Luton (Office-based with site visits) Employment Type: Full-time Im looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established structural steelwork company based near Luton.Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.This role will be primarily office-based with regular site visits, overseeing the delivery and management of structural steel projects.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients Monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines are met Conduct regular site inspections and report on quality and compliance Maintain accurate site records and documentation Requirements: Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the structural steel industry Strong knowledge of all site operations and safety procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple teams across different sites Mandatory Certifications: SMSTS certificate CSCS card (or equivalent) Safety at Heights / Harness Certificate CPCS card (Slinger/Signaller) IPAF MEWP PAL Operators Licence Competency in use and changing of Abrasive Wheels Alloy Towers Certificate Full UK Driving Licence This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Manager with a background in steelwork to play a key role in the successful delivery of major projects.To apply or find out more, get in touch.
