Job Description: Permanent Scaffolding Estimator Location: Essex, Loughton.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding projects.- Analyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.- Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss and resolve discrepancies in cost estimates.- Monitor and adjust project budgets as necessary.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Estimator.- Previous work with NASC accredited scaffold companies.- Strong knowledge of scaffolding and estimating processes.- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.Package: 75-80k Car pension scheme
