Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Quantity SurveyorDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.- UK Wide Power & Energy Sector- Various Levels Bandings (dependant on location/ experience) Quantity Surveyor- 45k- 65k Senior Quantity Surveyor- 52k- 78k Associate- 72k- 88k UK-based | Hybrid Working A dynamic consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels- QS, Senior QS, and Associate- to support major projects in the Power and Energy sector across the UK.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission, and other innovative technologies.Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, you'll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environment.Key Responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies.Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met.Assist with procurement and tender evaluations.Senior Quantity Surveyor Lead commissions and oversee cost management delivery.Manage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practices.Provide commercial guidance to clients and stakeholders.Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting accuracy.Support the professional development of junior team members.Associate Take a leadership role in delivering high-value commissions, often large or complex.Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and ensuring client objectives are met.Lead teams to deliver quality services on time and within budget.Oversee the full procurement process, including contract negotiation.Promote innovation and efficiency within the consultancy and for client projects.Qualifications Education : Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.Professional Memberships : Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar.Contract Knowledge : Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts (Option C preferred).Sector Experience : Proven track record in Power, Energy, High Voltage, Transmission, or Renewables.For Associate Level : Extensive leadership experience in cost/commercial management.Comfort with complex project delivery and client-facing responsibilities.Whats on Offer The chance to work on flagship energy projects shaping the UKs infrastructure.A flexible, hybrid working model promoting work-life balance.Supportive team culture with opportunities for career development.An inclusive, diverse workplace encouraging fresh perspectives and collaboration.Ready to energise your career?
