Your next step is here.The Role As an Associate or Senior Associate in the Infrastructure team , you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects across utilities, gas and water pipelines, transport, rail, renewables, decarbonisation, highways, and bridges.You'll work on high-value projects, typically exceeding 200m.This is a perfect role for professionals with a strong technical understanding of infrastructure projects, procurement processes, and experience with NEC and MF1 contracts.What We're Looking For: Degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline).MRICS preferred (training support available if required).Pre- and post-contract experience in infrastructure/utility projects .Experience with high-value engineering projects in energy, utilities, highways, or transport .Consultancy or main contractor experience is highly desirable.Strong technical and commercial mindset .Experience navigating complex contracts and procurement processes in heavy engineering.Client-facing experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Leadership and mentoring skills to support junior team members.Why Join?
