If so, our role could be the perfect opportunity for you.You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.This role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing operational contracts across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective risk mitigation while reducing reliance on external legal support.What were looking for: Experience: Proven experience in legal contract review and management, ideally within financial services Strong understanding of commercial contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisers and senior leadership teams Skills: Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Strong ability to summarise complex legal information concisely High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Qualifications: Law degree or equivalent legal qualification Additional certifications in corporate law, contract management, or compliance are advantageous What youll be doing: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across various business functions Ensuring all legal agreements comply with corporate and regulatory obligations Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to renewal or termination Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with commercial agreements Providing legal reassurance to management teams during negotiations Implementing and maintaining contract management procedures and systems Maintaining a secure and organised contract repository for accessibility and audits Preparing reports on contract performance and key metrics for senior management Why join us?
