Assistant Building Manager Luxury Residential Development Location: Docklands (E14), East London (near Canary Wharf) Salary: Up to 38,500 per annum (approx.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.17.50 per hour) Hours: 4 on, 4 off | 7:00 AM 7:00 PM About the Role: Were excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Building Manager to join a luxury residential development in East London.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about top-tier service, strong operational management, and creating a welcoming environment for residents.You'll support the Building Manager in the daily running of the site, oversee a busy on-site team, and ensure that service standards are consistently exceptional.Key Responsibilities: Support the Building Manager with the day-to-day operations of the development.Step in to manage the building when the Building Manager is absent.Coordinate and liaise with contractors and residents to ensure smooth project delivery.Oversee on-site teams including concierge, security-valet, and housekeeping staff.Respond promptly and professionally to resident queries and concerns.Carry out regular inspections, ensuring the building meets all compliance and safety standards.Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, record-keeping, and staff management.About You: 5 years experience in facilities, building, or property management.Strong technical knowledge of property and building maintenance.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.Organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.Awareness of health and safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH qualification preferred but not essential).Proficient with IT and comfortable using management systems and reporting tools.Whats on Offer: Salary up to 38,500 per annum.4 on, 4 off shift pattern (great work-life balance).Dynamic and supportive working environment.Opportunity to grow within a prestigious residential portfolio.Easy access to site just a short walk from Crossharbour DLR station.Ready for your next challenge?
