We are recruiting for a Dispensing Assistant to join our client, a leader in pharmacy distribution.Key responsibilities: Labelling and dispensing homecare prescriptions for final accuracy checks.Maintaining accurate patient medication records.Supporting the dispensarys smooth operation.Ensuring compliance with stock management, fridge temperature monitoring, and general dispensary standards.This is a full-time position with flexibility required to meet service needs, which may include urgent medical requirements.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Dispensary Assistant or similar role.Attention to detail and the ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks.Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and self-audit.A clear patient focus and willingness to take responsibility for actions.Knowledge of therapies related to homecare prescriptions is an advantage.NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services Skills (Dispensing).If youre passionate about delivering high-quality pharmacy services and contributing to a patient-focused environment, apply today!
