Job Title: Reward Manager Location: London (hybrid) Sector: Financial Services, Insurance Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 bonus Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Reward Manager. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will lead a team of Reward Analysts, guiding them through critical reward activities. This is a fixed-term contract role for 15 months. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head of Reward in executing the Reward Strategy, including short-term and long-term (shares-based) compensation. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver essential reward initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of Reward Analysts through key projects, such as job levelling and fair pay & transparency efforts. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the annual pay and bonus review. Develop enhanced reward communications to improve employee understanding of total compensation. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, such as Gender Pay Reporting. Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson surveys. Support data production, analysis, and modelling, including pay-mix analysis. Serve as a point of contact and escalation for compensation-related matters, including share programs. Collaborate with HR and recruitment partners to integrate new hire processes and reporting. Desired Experience: Reward Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Reward Manager within an HR department is essential. Annual Pay Review Proficiency: Proven ability to manage end-to-end annual pay reviews, preferably utilising the Workday Advanced Compensation module. Share Program Experience: Essential experience in handling share-based compensation programs. Team Leadership: Capability to lead and support a team through various reward-related activities. Global Reward Knowledge: International reward experience, especially with US markets, understanding regional variations within a global framework. Benchmarking and Job Evaluation: Experience in conducting benchmarking and job evaluations, ideally using Willis Towers Watson methodologies. Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to thrive in dynamic settings, balancing multiple requirements and deadlines. Matrix Organisation Experience: Experience working within matrix international organisations is ideal. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise reports and data analyses. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Structured approach to problem-solving, translating challenges into practical business solutions. Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel. Confidentiality: High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Self-Motivation and Proactivity: Self-starter who proactively researches issues using both internal and external resources. Deadline Management: Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing multiple workstreams. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
