We are partnering with a leading full-service eCommerce agency thats been delivering exceptional Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions and digital marketing services to clients across the UK and internationally since 2005. Renowned for innovation, quality, and long-term partnerships, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Development team. The role will pay up to 60,000 and is based in Central Manchester, where they have a hybrid working policy in place (4 days from home). The Role: As a Project Manager , youll take the lead on delivering a variety of web projectsfrom new builds to roadmap developments and ongoing enhancements for existing clients. Youll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. Youll thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with remote team members using modern internal comms tools. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce Delivery, youll also play a key role in supporting project delivery best practices within a small, friendly PM team. What Youll Be Doing: End-to-end project management of digital builds and improvements Leading Agile ceremonies and applying Scrum or Kanban frameworks Acting as a key client contactproviding regular updates and managing expectations Budget management and reporting, ensuring profitability on each project Collaborating cross-functionally with developers, designers, and marketers Supporting project documentation, user stories, and product configuration Keeping projects on track with clear timelines, priorities, and communications What Were Looking For: 3 years of project management experience in a digital or tech environment Magento Project Management experience Proven success delivering software or eCommerce projects Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple clients/projects Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Commercial acumencomfortable managing and tracking budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-starter attitude with a real passion for digital Willingness to continuously learn and gain certifications (supported by the company) Perks & Benefits: Hybrid working model 1 day a week in Manchester city centre 22 days annual leave bank holidays Extra 3-day Christmas shutdown Additional holiday days for long service (up to 25 days) Dedicated training budget 'support for professional qualifications Quarterly company socials fun, collaborative work culture Annual performance-based pay reviews If youre a motivated digital PM ready to take your career to the next level with a forward-thinking agency, wed love to hear from you.
