Known for our sleek design, smart technology, and seamless customer experience, we are proud partners of world-class automotive brands including Porsche and Jaguar Land Rover.We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our internal and external sales teams, while playing an active role in generating commercial opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a high-performing internal and field sales teamDrive new business opportunities and manage key partner relationshipsDeliver commercial strategy and ensure targets are consistently metPresent confidently to OEM partners and internal senior stakeholdersCoach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance cultureSpend 1–2 days a week at our Bedfordshire HQ, with regular travel to meet clients and support field salesAbout YouProven senior sales leadership experience in the UK EV home charging sectorStrong commercial acumen and deal-closing capabilityExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and growth
