You will be responsible for maintaining and of course improving the new portfolio, whilst implementing your own business development strategies to gain new instructions and grow the portfolio. In brief you will be;The main point of contact for landlords and tenantsResponsible for the overall Property Management servicesResponsible for the day to day maintenance requestsSometimes conducting external appointments like inspections and Landlord meetingsEnsure compliance across the portfolioSeek opportunities to grow the managed portfolio What you will haveRecent experience in residential lettingsGood knowledge of current legislationA keen interest in all things propertyFull UK driving licence and access to a carARLA qualification is very desirable
