Location:Birkenhead Contract:Variable hours (Seasonal) Hourly pay:£12.50We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team in Birkenhead within the Port Operations department on an ad-hoc basis to assist with managing high passenger volumes during peak season.The successful candidate will support busy periods, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. This temporary role offers flexible scheduling, ideal for those looking to contribute during a high-demand period.Do you care deeply, genuinely and passionately about customer support? The Port Operations Team is composed of customer-focused individuals working across all aspects of customer service. We are currently looking for someone to join us in Birkenhead.Your main task will be to assist with the smooth transportation of passengers and vehicles to and from vessels, ensuring a pleasurable experience by providing high standards of customer service to all guests.Some of your key responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate passenger and freight check-in at the port.Communicate accurately and promptly both internally and externally; liaise effectively with other departments and ports.Perform accurate and efficient check-in procedures, utilizing in-house Freight & Travel reservation systems.Record and securely handle all cash received, in accordance with company policies.What you will experience At Stena Line, we believe everything is connected.
