Job Description

Please be advised this role is advertised on a fixed-term contract. The Team:The People Hub consists of HR generalists providing first-line HR customer service to employees and line managers across the business. They support HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. Your Role:You will be the first point of contact for all People Operation matters, responsible for delivering first-line HR support and administration to over 3,000 employees. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Providing advice and assistance to employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners. Maintaining accurate HR records on SAP, correcting errors, and escalating issues when necessary. Coordinating and processing all new starters and leavers. Processing maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave cases. Maintaining benefit information via the BenefitsHub platform. Compiling and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with UK data protection legislation. Logging and monitoring sickness and other absences. Producing letters and drafting contracts for contractual changes. Calculating redundancy costs when required. Handling Subject Access Requests. Building and managing stakeholder relationships. Working closely with payroll to address payroll-related queries. What We’re Looking For: Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience with SAP is desirable but not essential. We encourage applicants who are enthusiastic about learning and growth, even if they do not meet every requirement.
