Role Overview: As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Engineering Team within the Meal Solutions Cavaghan & Grey division, performing daily electrical maintenance activities in line with Health & Safety instructions and site policies. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Carrying out daily electrical maintenance on machinery and production equipment. Ensuring work is performed in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations using Safe Systems of Work. Working within a fast-paced environment covering all electrical engineering maintenance activities. About You: You will have a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, and we especially welcome candidates who have recently completed their apprenticeships and are eager to advance their careers. Apprentice-trained Electrical Technician, ideally with Food or FMCG manufacturing experience, but we welcome applicants from all industries seeking a new challenge. Experience in planned/reactive maintenance roles. A proactive approach to engineering, with experience in root cause analysis to resolve recurring problems. Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. A team player who is eager to learn, share knowledge, and support the wider team.
