What you'll do:Conduct regular floor walks and audits to ensure cleanliness, equipment functionality, and general upkeep. Maintain housekeeping standards across assigned areas. Set up and ensure meeting rooms are fully operational: move furniture, check AV equipment, tidy cables, and present a professional setup. Perform basic troubleshooting of AV equipment, such as replacing cables. Support the mailroom by distributing and collecting mail and courier items. Manage and replenish stationery supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized. What you'll bring:Previous experience in a similar client-facing or hospitality role is advantageous, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Ability to multi-task effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
