Position: Maintenance Manager, SidcupThis is a permanent role offering a competitive salary, bonus, laptop, pension plan, and healthcare benefits. About Sidcup OperationsSidcup Operations plays a pivotal role within the CCEP network, producing around 50% of the GB SKU portfolio. The site offers a one-stop shop to the GB Market with a range of packages that are single sourced from Sidcup, such as the wide portfolio range of small cans. The site has 7 manufacturing lines capable of producing 480,000 cans per hour, 96,000 PET bottles per hour, and 48,000 glass bottles. With around 300 employees across Manufacturing, QESH, and Engineering, this role offers excellent career opportunities both locally and across other GB sites and Pan-European locations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the site maintenance program to ensure all assets, including manufacturing and processing equipment, meet site and legislative requirements. Support quick technical resolution to ensure customer service, safety, and quality are not compromised. Develop and execute the Maintenance Plan for complex beverage manufacturing lines to ensure asset care schedules are met and assets are available for use, delivering accurate reporting and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with site leaders and technical staff to assess maintenance effectiveness and identify training needs. Identify opportunities to improve line utilization and machine reliability through maintenance and operational excellence projects. Support technical projects, including budget and CAPEX management. Plan and coordinate asset care interventions focusing on quality and speed of execution. Manage, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Control M&R budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. Liaise with external contractors and OEMs to ensure value and quality of service. Skills & EssentialsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate improvements in asset care and mechanical efficiencies, with strong people management and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and make timely decisions is essential. Qualifications and ExperienceDegree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance or Engineering Manager in FMCG or manufacturing environments. Preferred but not essential: Knowledge of SAP, NEBOSH, IOSH, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, and TPM. The closing date for applications is 26/05/25.
