We now have a great opportunity for aRamp Operations Managerto join our Ground Operations Team atBirmingham Airport. What will you do as a Ramp Operations Manager? Manage the Ramp Duty Management teamand lead the wider Dispatch, Ramp & Baggage Teams at the airport Beaccountablefor the achievement of theOn Time Performanceof our flights Run the airside operation in accordance with legal and Company requirements Work closely with ourservice providers, airport, and head office colleaguesto ensure high standards of service delivery and cost management Supportanddevelopyour Duty Management teams, including all aspects o f people managementand development Play a pivotal role as an ambassador of oursafety-first culture , making sure your Team drive the culture through every aspect of their work Work closely with ourStation ManagerandFront of House Management teamto deliver an efficient and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes ourbrand values. This is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve ourOn Time Performance, SafetyandCustomer Satisfactiontargets as we are always on hand to help our customers. This role is available on a40 hourper weekbasis. Working hours are Monday – Friday withflexibilityto support the operation as required.
