Network Administrator, Warwick/Hybrid, up to £46,120 National Gas is securing Britain’s energy. We transport gas throughout Great Britain, repair and maintain gas pipelines, and manage the meters that allow millions of homes and businesses to access the energy they need. We are seeking a talented Network Administrator to join our growing IT team, providing technical and administrative support to a small team responsible for the Business Enterprise and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) network systems. About the role: The Network Administrator will support the team responsible for the Business Enterprise and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) network systems, including Satellite Telemetry, vital for the management and operation of the UK Gas Transmission Network. You will diagnose and resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure the security, reliability, and proactive management of the networks, verifying resilience and implementing disaster recovery plans. You will work closely with colleagues, project teams, network vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that network changes do not affect safe operational control. This is a hybrid role based between home and our Warwick HQ, with the application deadline on 26th May 2025.
