THE ROLE: TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT ASSOCIATE (ERP SUPPORT) We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Technology Product Associate to support our EliteParks ERP system, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. EliteParks underpins critical business operations, including customer management, sales, inventory, and payments. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for frontline ERP support, helping park-based teams resolve system queries and improve processes. You’ll also support the ongoing enhancement of EliteParks by configuring, testing, and deploying new features in partnership with the Product Owner. Expect a blend of hands-on support, data tasks, and user engagement across our UK park locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ERP Support & Configuration • Respond to queries and troubleshoot issues raised by users across the business. • Maintain configuration settings within the ERP system in line with changing needs. • Manage data imports and generate datasets for business users. • Produce clear and accessible system documentation. • Conduct testing of new features and system updates. • Support users on-site at our parks including scheduled training sessions, guidance and 1:1 training as needed. IT Good Practice • Promote data security and support IT policy audits. • Ensure compliance with change management processes. • Contribute to continuous improvement of product and service quality. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • At least 2 years’ experience supporting business applications (preferably an ERP). • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation. • Friendly communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform, or Agile methods is advantageous.
