Your workplace will vary as you travel throughout the region to mobile sessions.In this role, you will lead a team of Donor Carers and Donor Care Supervisors, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and capable of providing excellent donor care. No prior session nurse experience is required; full training and a supernumerary period will be provided.Main duties include:Fostering a positive work environment and supporting team developmentUsing your clinical expertise to assess donor health and safety criteriaEnsuring safe and efficient blood donation sessionsMaintaining team competency and skillsAdapting communication for difficult conversationsSupporting your professional developmentHours are shift-based, typically 5 days per week, with early and late shifts.
