Your Mission: Be the forefront of our IT operations, providing top tier 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, focusing on Windows, the Google Workspace environment, and our own bespoke platforms. Be the guardian of our tech assets, managing and tracking IT equipment for office and field-based team members, and getting new starters up and running with inductions and technical training. Empower the team by guiding and developing our IT Administrator through mentorship, performance reviews, and championing their professional growth. Maintain and create precise IT documentation, collaborating across departments on exciting projects and tackling ad hoc tasks. Your Specs: History of providing comprehensive IT support - diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges, both in person and remotely. Top notch organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a firm grasp of core network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS). Previous experience in leading and inspiring a team. Solid mastery administering Windows OS, Office 365, and Google Workspace, alongside a strong understanding of VPN configuration and support, VOIP systems, and antivirus software management. Bonus points for experience with SQL/database management and web maintenance (including SSL and domains).
