Working pattern: Full time in office Rate: Negotiable To be considered for this position, you must have the required skill set and have carried out the below responsibilities: Triage and manage new homelessness applications Apply housing legislation to determine eligibility Advise applicants on available housing options Experience in housing options or homelessness prevention Strong understanding of Housing Act 1996, Part 6 and Part 7 Speak with clients on the phone when assessing.
