Operations Coordinator Summerfield House, Kidderminster (Hybrid working, WFH 1 day per week) 25,400 - 28,000 plus benefits, depending on experience Hours Monday-Friday 8am to 4.30pm Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as an Operations Coordinator, based in our Kidderminster office. About the role The Operations Coordinators role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company. Your mission is to join our Operations Department to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of solar PV installations across over 500 sites nationwide. This role is at the heart of our operational success, coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, installers, and electricians, while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could delay or jeopardise project delivery. You will be working with monitoring and responding to live field issues, work on kit and logistic co-ordination, work with NetSuite and FieldAware systems, adjust scheduling data, communicate with field operatives and staff and be responsible for quality assurance and site monitoring. Dont worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know. Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team. About you To be successful in this role youll have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be reliable and a team and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems.
