We are currently looking to recruit experienced Solicitors & Paralegals in our well-established residential conveyancing team.The role will involve:· Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:· Taking a client's instructions· Advising clients on legal issues relating to their case· Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs· Negotiating with clients and other professionals to secure agreed objectives· Coordinating the work of all parties involved· Corresponding with clients and opposing solicitors· Working in a busy team, referring cases to relevant partner as required· Arranging and attending further client meetings where necessary to progress with the case and finalise documentation· Keep up to date with changes and developments in the law by undertaking a range of CPD activities throughout career.· Manage a high-volume caseload as delegated by the work allocation team.· Provide excellent client service to ensure the values of the firm are being always represented.The successful candidate will:Have extensive knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing lawBe well organised and attentive to detailHave excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise large workloadsHave good communication skillsWork effectively on own as well as with other team membersComfortable with common Microsoft programmes including Outlook, Word and ExcelWe offer a competitive salary and understand the importance of a good work/life balance.To apply for the role, please send your CV with covering email to recruitment@
