This is a key role that will support the agency's continued growth across branding, content creation, and digital development services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal creative, strategy, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities, forge meaningful relationships, and shape the long-term commercial direction of the business.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business leads, markets, and strategic partnershipsBuild and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipelineDeliver impactful sales presentations and lead negotiations through to successful closeDevelop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth goalsMeet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIsFollow up on inbound leads and represent the business in external meetingsCollaborate with senior leadership on growth planning and market positioningMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clientsProvide market insights to support service expansion and innovationHelp grow the agency's presence within South Yorkshire and nationallyRepresent the brand professionally at industry events and client meetingsContribute to strategic partnership development and future team leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven track record in B2B lead generation and high-value sales within creative, branding, or digital agenciesStrong understanding of digital marketing, web development, branding, and multimedia contentSkilled in CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Confident setting performance metrics and reporting on sales activityKnowledge of public sector procurement processes and tender submissionsCommercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA collaborative and creative approach to business developmentField sales experience with a valid UK driving licenceAmbition to grow into a leadership role and help shape a future account management functionLocation & Flexibility:The role is based primarily at the company's South Yorkshire head office, with flexible remote working offered where appropriate.
