Key Account Manager – Dental Implants – North of EnglandOur client is a publicly traded, global life sciences leader focused on restoring daily life to their patients by designing, manufacturing, and distributing a comprehensive portfolio of innovative tooth replacement and spine surgery solutions. They are now seeking a talented Key Account Manager at the location shown to increase existing accounts and convert competitor accounts across their entire dental portfolio.This role is to build outstanding relationships with key customers to retain and convert competitive business and generate new sales.You will execute the strategy for key accounts as outlined by Senior management and action the plan, and coordinate with multiple touchpoints within the organization, management sales team etc. to ensure above expectations service level, and relationship management.The candidate is preferably based in or around the following cities: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham.Key responsibilities include:Mapping of dental chains, corporates, buying groups (DSO), hospitals and institutes in the marketplace (trends, competition, etc.)Initiate and follow up relationships to understand size, business model, business potential, current providers and unmet needs for dental implant, regenerative and lab offerings both analog and digitalLead and coordinate the execution of penetration plan to hospitals, including tendersSet up customer specific business plan in collaboration with the account in order to develop the account and to get to a strategic partnershipCandidate experience required:Significant Sales Experience is essential, preferably in dentistryDemonstrable business acumen with key emphasis on business analysis 'strategic reportingPositive, ‘can do’ attitude is essentialAdaptable and ProactiveSelf-motivated and driven individualTeam player who exudes positive cultureStrong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and relationship managementExcellent negotiation skillsIn return they offer the opportunity to work in a diverse and collaborative global team embracing innovative curiosity, personal authenticity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
