Some team days in Kings Cross, London may apply.Where do you fit in?As a Senior Marketing Analyst, youll play a critical role in maximising the effectiveness of our digital marketing. From PPC and paid social to email and on-site journeys, youll partner with the wider Marketing and Product teams to understand campaign performance, optimise spend, and drive conversions.Youll dive deep into complex datasets to uncover whats working and whats not then turn your findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll own reporting and dashboards, contribute to audience segmentation strategies, and help shape a data-first approach to targeting and engagement.This is a hands-on role where your data expertise will directly influence digital marketing strategy and business growth.What do you need to succeed?4+ years experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.Strong skills in campaign performance analysis across paid media, CRM/email, SEO analysis, and conversion funnels.Proficient in SQL, with experience working in large datasets.
