Procurement Manager - FM, Estates & ServicesPublic Sector Organisation | Full-time | £39 to £45k + bens Location: Cardiff | 3 days WFH |Permanent ContractA prominent public sector organisation in South Wales is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across a portfolio focused on FM, Estates and Services. This is a strategic role, offering the opportunity to influence sustainable procurement practices, deliver commercial value, and support wider economic and environmental goals.Great team dynamic. Key ResponsibilitiesLead procurement projects across estates, facilities, and related service areasDevelop and deliver robust category strategies aligned to organisational goalsProvide expert procurement guidance to stakeholders and project teamsSupport sustainability, social value, and local economic impact objectivesInfluence internal stakeholders and build strong supplier relationshipsEnsure full compliance with procurement regulations and internal policy What We're Looking ForMCIPS qualified (or working towards) OR degreeExperience in estates/facilities-related procurement (e.g. hard 'soft FM, M&E)Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or a commercial environmentSkilled in stakeholder engagement, business partnering and collaborative workingConfident in negotiating and managing supplier relationships and contractsExperience working within a regulatory or public procurement frameworkAnalytical, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously If interested, please apply ASAP or email geoff.hunt@
