They’re passionate about innovation, circularity, and building a cleaner future. The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join their growing team in Peterborough. In this critical role, you’ll act as the technical interface between the company and their customers, ensuring post-sale quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. You’ll lead investigations, manage feedback loops, and drive continuous improvement across quality engineering activities. What You’ll DoServe as the main quality point of contact for key customers, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer issues (8D, 5 Whys, etc.). Monitor product performance and drive improvements in post-sale quality metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (production, R&D, commercial) to ensure product quality aligns with customer requirements. Manage customer audits and lead quality-related communications. Contribute to the development of quality systems and documentation (PPAP, control plans, FMEA, etc.). What We’re Looking ForExperience in a quality engineering or customer quality role, ideally within manufacturing or advanced materials. Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is a bonus). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. A hands-on, detail-driven approach to quality and continuous improvement. Comfortable engaging directly with customers and representing the voice of the business.
