For more info, contact Natalie @ Duval.The Role: As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of the care home, including invoicing, supplier payments, and reporting. You will be supported by a Finance Assistant (three days per week) and an external accountant. A strong bookkeeping background and Xero experience are preferred.Responsibilities:Managing monthly and 4-weekly invoicingMonitoring incoming FNC & CHC funding paymentsHandling HMRC requirementsAssisting with annual accounts preparationPreparing financial reports for the General ManagerResolving invoice queries and ensuring smooth transactionsPaying suppliers, processing direct debits and card paymentsTransferring funds for staff wagesHandling general financial enquiriesAre you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a structured and friendly environment?
